POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse pool of candidates. The Bilingual Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment process and onboarding from start to finish.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and Spanish.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to promote the company and attract talent.
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve recruitment practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external recruiters, and candidates.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal office requirements such as sitting while working on a computer, typing, answering phones and light lifting. Travel will be required.
