In 2010, EnviroVac finalized a joint-venture with Hydrovac Industrial Services, expanding the business to Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Manager will perform administrative duties including planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all administrative aspects of branch operations. This person should be able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and have excellent time management skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive, and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time.
- Input and process tickets according to contract within timeline set by contract and/or EnviroVac
- Create invoices, review quotes and ensure billing captures all costs
- Review and adjust payroll daily/weekly
- Review hotel report and update management as needed
- Maintain calendar of upcoming jobs and employee time off
- Process new hire paperwork
- Prepare contractor packets
- Maintain annual medical appointments and update Liquid Frameworks as needed
- Maintain vehicle records including registrations, IFTA stickers, insurance and maintenance done at a local level
- Place orders and maintain office needs (ordering, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain spreadsheets, customer updates, hotels/per diems, PPE, rentals, paperwork, site specific training, etc. during outage
- Will work very closely with EnviroVac management and employees
- Reconciliation of work completed versus POs
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIROMENT
- Typical office environment, sitting while working on computer, typing and answering phones, and light lifting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma required. Bachelors degree in business administration preferred.
- Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year office management.
- Understanding of payroll procedures, taxes, and tax requirements, or in human resources, billing/collections preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Industrial plant work experience desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of book keeping, including accounts payable/receivable and purchasing.
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
